Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a key detailing distinct parts of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for boat shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
